Leading Well with Steph Edusei explores the realities behind the job titles: the doubts, decisions, pressures, mistakes and lessons that shape how we lead.
Through conversations with leaders from different worlds, alongside solo episodes where I share some of my own experiences and reflections, we'll explore how we can achieve great things without losing ourselves in the process.

Leadership, without the performance
This isn't a podcast about perfect leaders or five steps to leadership success.
We'll talk about things like self-doubt and confidence, pressure and pace, difficult decisions, identity, culture, ambition, boundaries, mistakes, resilience and what we're still learning about ourselves as leaders.
Some episodes will be conversations with guests. Others will just be me, thinking out loud about something I've learned, noticed or am still working through.
You don't have to have leadership figured out to lead well. Neither do my guests. Neither do I.

I've spent more than three decades working and leading across healthcare, charities and the voluntary and community sector, and I've learned much of what I know about leadership by doing it, getting things wrong, questioning myself and trying again.
